There would be absolutely no point in saving all to release together. There is no reason to delay progress in any block because of another block.

Of course, they historically do not do things sensibly.

I would guess the first of these comes out in 4-6 months, and the rest longer. We always want to put the JDA in fast forward, when they only have one speed, and that's slo mo.

I had hoped the PSC might be concluded before the JOA, as someone here eluded to a week or so ago. I no longer see that as a possibility.
