The original question was surrounding credibility with the investment commumity, or lack thereof. Regardless of whether you are long or short, there is no disputing Black's lack of credibility with investors. Consequently there is no bid support and the PPS keeps going down. Regarding the full disclosure, why can't Black come out with it now that the buyout is a thing of the past? GLTA
