2. Company upgrade their tier level to 'Current Status'
3. Company reduce their AS & OS to 1.6 bills
4. Merge is imminent
5. Float buy back in the next quarter
6. No dilution
7. Undervalued
8. Merger company has mils$ revenue
9. Trade at OTCBB after merge.
