Where did FASC get funds to build a JV power plant? They couldn't even build the Zeolite plant on their own. I don't think they are sharing the power revs or they would have pumped that to death! Profit on the KDS JV? Deduct the manufacturing costs, local payroll, and trips to Malaysia and you're lucky to see a breakeven, IMO.

hmm, from that PR it looks like you could be right... i certainly hope so....mo-money is definatley better.

If it says what it means and means what it says... and I can read fairly straighforward stuff like that... then FASC gets some (lots) of the operating profit.
NOT "JUST" MONEY FROM SALE OF KDS(s).
"In addition to earning royalties for all KDS equipment sold in Malaysia, FASC will share equally in the operating profits of the joint venture."
