Seems to me that NITE and/or ASCM are bidding for more than what's showing because almost every time a sell goes through at .125, there's no change in the number of shares bid. Just a thought, but I'm thinking they're trying to reload here at .125 without showing how many they need. Good thing is that there are not many being sold there. Patience is key. All my opinion.
