One of the original prs from FASC was that it was a joint venture.

I do believe there was much discussion about this being just another JV entered into by FASC with no/low expectations of anything fruitful.

TR just dug it up and it is a 50% JV. True some of that will stay in FASC malasia, but some would come back to the mother company I would think.
