The RS in 2007 was not done by Expert Group, plain and simple ...

There is also no indication that a RS, just the opposite ...

There is no pattern to dictate one will be done ...

But that Reverse Split in 2007 was for Rico and Expert. He was the one who diluted it massively from there and then Reversed it again in 2009 only to dilute it once again.

Not everyone is here because they are upset so much as to make sure investors know Rico's history and don't get caught up with current promises that WILL be broken. Those high prices that get hit will be shares bought by someone who will have to take a loss after the next reverse.
