wamu says that too. like i said most bankruptcies have that clause in them. I say most because i havent looked at every bankruptcy. it seems crazy to hope that once the plan is confirmed to wipe us out that magically we are not wiped out.

That question is pretty much what is going to either save equity or lead to a big 0. If they can confirm this plan without equity they will. Imagine yourself being the big money guys. Would you share with someone out of the kindness of your heart or would you keep every last cent?
