That's called WE GOT SCAMMED so they could pay the piper NIR...

Release PR's, make it seem like the stock is on the up and up, people buy, you and your creditors sell and viola the stock tanks and you disappear. It's a shame people have no morality. Scams like this should land people in jail, but they don't.
