I would think cohn would give an update on this very important development....wouldn't you? Hopefully it is not just another one of those dubious PR's we see now and then. jmho

Have the negotiations been completed, the patent issued? and who owns the patent? A year has gone by with no further mention so it appears to be a dead issue!
Repeating year old unfinished business is not very reassuring as the stock continues to tank. The shorts do not have to bash, the pumpers have done a good job of pointing out the negatives by their continued repetitious posting of the same old PRs that suggest that something is about to happen.
It has always been fun to find posts on this thread when nothing else is on the screen and it is refreshing to see such unbridled optimism about the shorts that are evidently not there.
