This transfer agent is above reproach. Don't for a moment point any fingers in that direction as all a T/A knows are the figures, and info supplied to them by the company. At least as far as this one is concerned.
That's why sometimes The CEO's SEC filings are sometimes higher than the current share structure, as if stock certificates are not yet requested to be created to them, only the sale of them would be shown on the filings, while until they're created by the request to the T/A they wouldn't have that additional number.
