Congrats on SAEI. As far as SNEY...WAY more O/S shares here for something like that to happen. But you gotta do what's comfortable for you.

Personally, I'm not comfortable putting anything into SNEY until it takes at least another 30% haircut. And even then I'll have to feel as though there is still some potential here. .....rule
