Selectivity of EM's responses to certain negative emails is understandable but shifting gears..the NY newspapers and I am sure many others throughout the nation are strongly involved with the BED BUG situation. THE IRON IS HOT and if the ASEPTIC-SURE PROCESS 'bugs out the bugs', so to speak..then the MARKETING of the SCIENCE must strike ACROSS THE NATION and the WORLD right now.
