this seems to me like Scott is using this stock as an ATM. This proces seems to be very convoluted. I am by no means a financing wiz but It seems to me that If they wanted to do this and be clear to investors they would have done a simpler process.

Why not do a spin out of ST (Very simple) we would all have shares of SRSR and ST. As soon as the divi was done SRSR could do a reverse merger into HKHE.

Instead it seems to me like Scott is selling shares of SRSR and giving it to Niostar. The people getting the privite placement shares are getting nothing in return until Scott finishes the deal. Then they will get their investment in niostar once the shares are issued. What happens to Niostar if HKHE says forget it we changed our minds?

I am not saying that anything here is crooked but the confusion is the reason the PPS has dropped.

We all expected the DC to give us some details so we can make a good investment decision and all it was was a recap of the last 5 PRs/filings.

How can we vote to say yes or no when we dont even have a clue who this HKHE is? I would dare to guess that if HKHE was run by Warren Bufett the PPS would be in the $5 area and if it was a company headed by the CEO of CVRG (Our last lame deal) I think the PPS would be .000x. How can we vote without the details?

Everything in the DC we already knew. We could have voted 8 months ago and would have had no less info.
