Why isn't he in jail? During his trial in May, he didn't show up for the last day. Then he was arrested. But now according to the letter I got today, he is free. Who thinks he will really show up for sentencing?
And will we get a penny back of the money we lost?

Pretty ironic - many of those who pumped the living daylights out of this stock causing others to invest more and more actually thinking of themselves as victims. Wonder if the pumpers will ever admit to what they did. tsk tsk
