Yes. The mainly Asian group that formed Mediag3 assembled a 'package' of decade old junk LMDS equipment, the respective failed patents and used this as bait for all the LOIs and rainbow promises needed to start selling shares, the only real product. Worthless 'assets' and 'assurances' sold and resold until we have what we have presently: a burned out lump of ash.
