Tony is trying to figure out the new story to sell, so they can attempt one more pump and dump to put some dough in his and Touchard's pocket, before they reverse this thing and try and figure out how they can fleece a new crop in 2012.

Based on what is out there in google land on Anthony "Tony" Papa it seems we have a known crook with underworld ties as our CEO now. (Of course assuming it is the right person) This Tony Papa has been accused of tax fraud and penny stock manipulation specifically pump and dumps. His name comes up tied to Mafia family activities such as loan sharking and kidnapping. I really wonder if RT is that stupid to bring a guy with this past in but not that he is any better. This just gets more ridiculous by the day.
