1234: He obviously could step in if Laura got hit by a bus or a job offer. His experience is much needed and you may be right. I'm not sure why they would slowly transition him into the role. If that is the plan, Laura knows it as chairman. Please yank off the band-aid.
However, I do doubt that anyone is "convinced there would be an exit from YA cage."
The only way is massive growth in revenues similar to the last 10-Q. If they keep that up, they will not default in mid-2012.
