1616 dodge st. is the double tree omaha, which they have an office space in.
the weir st. address is a ups store p.o. box ( i have been there to check it personally)

this has been brought up several times before and it is not uncommon to have a p.o. box as business address, although i do think its wrong to call it 'world headquarters'
