I'd say that, excluding revenue from additional acquisitions before the end of the year, eps will be .036 to .039 and we will have 30,400,000 shares outstanding.

I think the most meaningful thing that occurred today is the company reached a new level of transparency...the stopsign removal will happen very soon...a conference call will take place in October.

All of the things...profitability, new acquisitions, etc...that we were excited about in January and June are all on track...the only possible downside has been the news vacuum that was required to reduce the share count by 20%

We are in as great shape as we always were PLUS 20%:-)
