Nothing to report to SEC about, people just need to know when to sell and when to buy. The SEC cant do nothing to help people about their ignornace in trading.
This will go back up to .021 shortly, people need to do DD, learn about charts, do anything to help them decide about when to buy and sell a PENNY STOCK. They are NOT investments, more like a Casino....you play with the amount you can afford to lose and leave the rest in the car ;)
Only thing to report is the mms not showing orders. SEC needs to inforce that. Since the new rule I have never seen such a lawless disregard for the rules as I have seen on this level2. That is the crime here not the company
