Last spring the first wheelchair from Japan was delayed by a typhoon, earthquake and consequent tsunami. Then an ocean voyage to the US and by train or truck from CA to GA.

Yeah, "expect" is a great word! I wouldn't be certain, either.

But aren't those prototype pics great? Complete with <ahem> "vision stalks" like some ocean fish?
