Lol, nary an answer to be found..
about the tax liens and other pressing issues truly facing expo holdings, the company.
Perhaps if the *goal* is to eventually purchase enormous hoards of near worthless shares, ignoring all pertinent facts would get you there.
Otherwise, I truly don't understand the point.

really .. hmmm

You bet REALLY!!!!! Reposting a post that was offered as an answer to the question about tax liens and lawsuits by banks and suppliers that doesn't mention anything in it about these subjects is NOT AN ANSWER. That post just contained the standard line of malarky from archived posts over the years.

Now I will make it really simple by just asking the questions in such a manner that you might find easy to answer with a simple yes or no answer without having to go back into the posts that are archived on your end.

Ready???? Ok here they come.

1. Do you believe that IRS liens actually exist and are in place at the present time? Yes or No

2. Do you believe that these tax liens could be harmful to EXPO and their shareholders of record? Yes or No

3. Do you believe that JD and Glenn knew that keeping the employee witholding tax was illegal? Yes or No

4. Do you believe that every single asset and future revenue source is now encumbered by these IRS tax liens until the money owed is paid off? Yes or No

5. Do you believe that Souther Community Bank now has a lawsuit against EXPO for non payment on loans? Yes or No

6. Do you believe that this lawsuit affects the factoring agreements and hurts any cash flow that EXPO might still have? Yes or No

7. Do you believe that there has also been a lawsuit filed by Wurth Hardwood who is their material supplier? Yes or No

8. Do you believe that this lawsuit will have an impact on the company's ability to get raw materials for the cabinets that they are not selling anyway? Yes or No

9. Do you believe that according to tax records posted on this venue that EXPO has sold off a large amount of their equipment, maybe even the *workhorse router*? Yes or No

10. Do you believe that the company will still be able to manufacture cabinets without any equipment to do so? Yes or No

11. Do you believe in the tooth fairy, Santa Clause, the Easter Bunny and Pixie dust that can make pigs fly?**Yes or No

** Actually I don't expect you to answer this last question since it is a multiple choice and not just a yes or no. To tell you the truth I don't really expect you to answer the other questions and am looking forward to a masterful sidestep job that completely avoids having to give a direct answer that would be of some interest to people who were unfortunate enough to become shareholders here in the first place.

Remember though that if you do choose to actually answer any of these questions I believe that a one word answer would be sufficient and eliminates the need to explain certs locked in desk drawers, imaginary float levels, Market Maker malfeasance, wash trading, or my favorite the immoral and greedy shorters of this .0001 *legit* stock.

That answer does NOT address the IRS tax liens, bank lawsuit or supplier lawsuit.

Here is a simple direct question.

Do you think over $127,000 in tax liens is a good thing for a company?
