Bummer! Dump T Rowe, get ETrade. You shouldn't be in penny stocks unless you can trade them fast. You can do anything you want as fast as you want with ETrade. First two months, you trade for free. You also get ETrade PRO which includes Market Depth, which is the same as Level 2.
Sign up, move $2000 over there. Then you can move the rest when you want. I got ETrade because a friend had it and she made enough in penny stocks to buy a nice house with cash. I couldn't trade pennys when I had Datek, years ago.

The thing is, you know this stock. You know it is beaten down. This is probably the best time to buy it. Especially with Dreamhouse saying there is going to be big PR later today.
