Going to see the demo was good DD period ,more so in the case of IMGG where there was doubt as to the existence of the DVIS, and there was no violation of Reg FD as IMGG put out an 8K as per Reg FD which infact they did not have to as there was no info there that was non public.
No one at the OH knew what they were looking at.......Janes made sure of it. Anyone with any knowledge of medical imagery wouldn't have been allowed to attend the OH. He didn't even say that it was real time 3-D..........left it up to the beholders imagination that wanted it so badly that it became what they wanted.
