I can see an acquisition of a company more then a merger. Or TLAN opens up a new Hire Int'l division: let's face it, this one would be easier for them to PR- and they could make it juicy. Either one of these will probably happen in China.
Just imagine a new PR saying
"Hire Int'l Opens New Chinese Division of Direct Placement and Recruitment Worth $XXX million"
