I like this part from today's PR:
'I have been approached numerous times this year' by new investors and M&A groups but after performing due diligence everybody tells me the same exact thing, get the legal matters settled first or we can't touch your company.
If I was on the hunt for a public co, this is the right time to get it ( TTIN )for a reasonable price or maybe for 'no price' at all, just get this co. away from bankruptcy, oportunistic? maybe, don't all bigger companies do the same? again, JMHO.
