That's probably because that site believes those are common shares. To my knowledge, the preferred are not publicly traded and therefore have no value assigned unless you multiple each preferred by the number of shares of common they can convert to.

That would be 500 times .0003 times number of preferred shares.

500 x .0003 x 4,680,000 = $702,000
