Don't sell based on anything I said as I have stated in the past that I like the company, just don't like their share structure today.

I was also just responding to the comment that the CEO doesn't hold on to his shares and pointing out that if he converted the preferred shares he holds, he would then be holding more shares than are currently outstanding.

That’s why I got in at .0002 and sold at .0003. Made a "fair" profit. You should have read my First Post in FEEL, I kind of called it from the beginning and those convertibles is what really made me take a step back. Made it look like they were only interested in making the company officers rich with due disregard for the shareholders. But, those .0002 were attractive enough to purchase knowing that I could flip at .0003. Now I am just watching to see where this goes before I consider getting back in.

Respectfully,

I played golf for over 15 years with cheep con conforming pga clubs and had a lot of fun doing it. Being the average joe, if I had to buy PGA conforming clubs I would have never been able to afford them and would have missed out on a lot of good times.FEEL is a company that's good for the average person. I hope they can stay in business for a long, long time.

Okay, I'm not a golfer, but from my understanding FEEL's club were once conforming until changes were made by the PGA.

That being said, the company has stated they are developing conforming wedges, which are the "square grooved". Again, not a golfer so I don't know much. This info can be found on their website under new for 2012, which claims there will be photos released of 2012 products released this month, and a new product coming October 2011.

On another note there is supposedly a new e-commerce site being developed that is due to be launched September 2011.

My thought is we should see a PR released by the company sometime next week. Hopefully announcing the launch of this new website along with the photos of the new products.

These things can be changed in a matter of seconds by simple updates on these websites to delay the process without any news from the company. I'll wait until the end of the month, perhaps into the first week of October to see if they will indeed follow through with 'promises' they have made. Good luck.
