I learned my lesson and don't buy stinky pinky stocks because they are often run by a couple of guys, (in this case 3) who have total control over the company as they are often (and in this case too) the only members of the board. They are free to vote to do what ever they want, including selling 3M shares to a Cayman Island group to dump on the market!
