Thanks for your post 'investwell' and for sharing your opinion, or best guess.
It would be encouraging if Apex could take 5 minutes out of there busy schedule and post something similar, give us shareholders something from the company instead of "week old" google alert news on there website.
I've heard the song and dance before that there filings are being updated many times, but am not encouraged when they can't even update there website in a timely fashion, or post a "correction" when one is required, or they simply take a previous FEC filing from 2008, sign it and submit it as a 2011 update.
If your waiting for the company to have funds coming in, you'll be waiting for a very long time, as they don't have income, they have an investment.
No disrespect intended to you Investwell, but if I have to wait for the company to pay thousands to accountants and auditors before they prepare for a PR then I may as well sell my shares tomorrow.
Nothing ever changes with these guys.
