Nah, its all mental. Little buying activity has allowed the MM's to drop the price and open the spread. This in essence flushes out those who are scared it will fall further and they scoop em up on the cheap. Notice how someone is buying up these sub .02's. The buys are in bigger blocks than the sells, yet the sells negatively affect the price more. Classic manipulation on small volume. Happens all the time.
