Wen Modesa is announced? It was already announced, only problem is that the info released was not accurate at all. I tell you what, I have a contact or two at the SEC. I will forward them the info drom LFBG stating they had a $10 million funding contract with Modesa, A DE LLC. I will also include the link that shows Modesa is not a DE LLC and does not exist whatsoever in DE. Prior to doing that I will contact Troy and give him some time to clear this up with accurate inormation regarding Modesa, where they are really oincorporated, if they are incorporated and allow him the opportunity to correct the info he released which is 100% inaccurate and causes not only confusion with invesors but calls into question the baility to enter into a $10 million funding arrangement with a company that does not exist in the context Troy said they did.
The info released by Troy was misleading and inaccurate to say the least.
