The all-time low for this stock was .0086 until it took a sudden tumble last month to .0039. Being 20% down from it's original all time low isn't showing much recovery.

I knew it was going down because I've watched this stock for almost a year and everytime this stock has a pop, it goes straight back down in coming days. This stock has no stability, hopefully that will change in coming weeks.
