Institutional holders (there are a ton who own this dog) HAVE to off load stocks when the $5 level is breached.

Institutions DO NOT "have to sell". Author's credibility....lost. Apparent which side of the trade he's on; but, that doesn't stop him from spreading complete B.S.

I hate to be critical, but you continually print these dramatic articles, and sign your name at the bottom, with little or no qualifying commentary.

Should we believe that you are in total(or near total) agreement with these commentaries, or just that you're sympathetic, and lean in favor of the view expressed.

I for one would prefer you to express "your" opinions more explicitly, and use linked articles to support your expressed views when appropriate.

Having said that, I don't think the US government will allow BAC to fail, because everyone knows (or should) that they are truly too big to fail, apart and aside from the rediculous valuation that multiple rumour mongers (and certain ratings agencies) are currently according them.

And no, I'm not long, but this is "my" explicit opinion(no links required).
