Right....The subsidy went to the "blenders" aka the Oil Companies,like they needed it with their offensive profits...The two(2)major things I see that might effect Ethanol companies is... 1. the dropping of the tariff on imported ethanol...(but I don't see this as a major issue as the largest producer overseas, Brazil has been importing record amounts of corn ethanol)...and 2. The removal of the mandates which I don't see as a factor until/unless they get Perry in office starting in 2013...imo. Perry being a Texas boy has strong ties to Oil and Cattle Producers both of whom would like to see domestic ethanol production eliminated altogether...They care nothing for the corn producers nor US energy independence by way of alternate renewable fuels...imo
