They probably know that VEGA is a fraud with no intention in building a plant. First, VEGa would need to spend money to permit the plant. There are no commercial scale biocoal plants in the world with an operating record. I doubt that Molen who knows absolutely nothing in process engineering will be able to manage a biocoal plant. He should consider bundling firewood for export.
