IMO, the relevance of dilution is mainly in terms of the price to buy and the fact that the SP is likely to be held down. It is the reason why I buy at the bid and don't agree with those who urge buying at the ask.
But the other side of the coin is that even with the likely 7 billion shares that are outstanding, the market cap of CGFIA is just over $3 million.
Given the properties it owns plus the likelihood of the permit for the mill being issued, that sort of a market cap suggests serious undervaluation.
It is the only reason why I am long the stock and willing to buy more.
