I did see their website.

"Agilyx generates synthetic crude oil from mixed-waste plastic increasing the availability of a necessary, but ever-more-scarce global commodity."

"The Agilyx Process

Agilyx uses a patented, fully permitted process that converts ground waste plastic into synthetic crude oil. "

"Final Transfer and Storage of Oil

The crude oil product leaving the condensing system enters into a coalescing and settling process and is eventually transferred to an exterior aboveground storage tank where it awaits final transportation and sale to a refinery."

"Applying its patented and proprietary technology, Agilyx reduces plastic waste normally destined for landfills, produces refinery-ready crude oil"

And the articles about them.

"Agilyx’s fully permitted, patented waste plastic conversion technology recycles mixed waste plastic into synthetic crude oil in a scalable, versatile, and environmentally-beneficial manner. Its expertise is in its efficient, anaerobic thermal reclamation process and in the commercial application of this process, including building and operating commercial scale systems, and successfully marketing synthetic crude oil as a feedstock to existing petroleum refineries."

http://www.agilyx.com/media-room/press-releases/agilyx-secures-22million-series-b.php
"Agilyx is the only company using waste to make a truly viable synthetic crude product. With this capital and the addition of world class strategic partners like Total and Waste Management, we are confident in the ability of Agilyx to quickly make a positive impact on the way mixed waste plastic is handled, and the way fuel is produced around the world,”

So while it's possible they fooled Waste Management, Kleiner Perkins, Total Energy Ventures, Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital, Saffron Hill Ventures, and Reference Capital, into providing them $22 million investment for them to produce worthless goo, AND they've lied everywhere about their ability to produce synthetic crude oil, it's unlikely.

Just sayin' ;-)
