they submitted change in authorized preferred shares to State of Delaware to accommodate a stock dividend on Friday. I contacted them through https://delecorp.delaware.gov/tin/GINameSearch.jsp to verify it went through the other day and it did and was pending. Not sure what else they have to do once that finalizes. We will probably get news on it within the week or they might be holding it for the shareholder CC.
