now certain based on today’s webcast), what is the most likely outcome?

a) A negotiated settlement in which Amphastar licenses MNTA’s Lovenox patents and pays MNTA a small royalty on sales of Amphastar’s product.

b) A negotiated settlement in which Amphastar delays its launch in some manner.

c) A temporary restraining order preventing Amphastar’s launch until the Court evaluates the legal arguments.
