Mario, you have had numerous opportunities to address and answer very serious and legitimate shareholders questions on this board. Such as, just recently, the summary of shareholders questions that were selectively not addressed during the conference call, and posted by Merlyn on this board and sent to Ask SunnComm! (that you and the co. still have "chosen" not to publically address.)
Also, shareholders concerns regarding why EMI and Sony/BMG are opting to use our competitor's technologies vs. SunnComm's "Far superior" technology. etc.
As a professional in the "communications field (e.g. investor relations, shareholders relations, I pass information to shareholders etc)" why do you choose to publically respond to personal issues vs. addressing point blank the serious shareholder questions posted? Shouldn't addressing shareholders concerns/issues be your primary objective (and in the best interest of SunnComm, and achieving the goals of your position) vs. personal attacks on shareholders opinions on a public message board?
