in fact i won't be surprised to see this one close higher on the day, given the carnage of recent days. JMO

I have absolutely no expectations of Rick clarifying the situation, issuance of guidance, etc. At most might get some speculation as to Amphastar will be able to roll out product and when the sales royalty kicks in. Would still expect a profitable quarter. Perhaps some comments about tightening overhead, partner discussions, etc. Believe market community will respond negatively to lack of clarity, but today's drop may be baking that in.
