I believe interference with opportunities like finding "deep pocket investors" and trading of GOSY stock was the basis of GOSY's recent counterclaim in the Wallace suit.

The CareBot is a field tested prototype about to go into production. Different from AVA which doesn't even have a well defined objective at this time. It's a toy to haul out for conventions and PRs.
