In regards to your statement "Can anybody honestly argue that they think the land owned is worth less than the pps?"

Everyone can argue that it is worth less than this.

Everyone can argue it is worth more than this.

And everyone's argument will be correct at this point.

All we have is a PR stating what the land is worth (i'd have to dig up the pr to see the exact words, but by and large everyone knows pr's can contain forward looking statements). Also, I am sure if the true value of the land was worth say 1mill, someone skilled enough could write a pr that showed it to be "worth" 50 mill and not be held accountable in a court of law if it actually was not. Could they say "well, we used hillbilly bob's assessment to come up with the value of the land at the time"? I don't know, but the way the law is with pinkies, i wouldn't doubt it.

C'mon folks, really. PR's are made to be written and ultimately can be made to be untrue in the end.

We need a verifiable survey OR someone to buy the land. With a survey, at least the value of the land will could then be supposedly projected based on this, but what if, oh my gosh it can't be, what if the survey happens to be done where 90% of the lithium is and 80% of the land is barren?

Really, IMO the only thing which will show what this land is truely worth is if I see some $$ through revenue mining or someone giving us something for it.

Other than that everyone can go on arguing it is worth this or it is worth that. 1 of you are wrong and I do not know who it is at this point.

I am still long, and purely going on the speculation that:

1) The land is worth something
2) Lieberman does not want to tarnish his reputation forever with this (it will be tarnished forever in the pinky world if the land is worth nothing near to what was said, or even if he steps down before anything comes of this)
3) There will be some sort of positive news shortly. Supposedly a media blitz. We will see if this is true. Who knows, maybe the law suit has stalled it for some reason. Noone knows but Lieberman.
