Yes, and I would have to think the potential/possibility of buyout has crossed Scott's mind, I wonder if he would consider selling, or if he would, what his yes price is vs. a no price or an I'd have to think about it price...
or if he has given any thought to it at all.. Honestly I would feel comfortable as a shareholder whether he wanted to sell or not..
