The reason is the contradictory media stories concerning the bout and Mr. Steven Swank, CEO
of CGAQ , telling the shareholders that the company would put out a press release to keep us
informed of events weekly or bi-weekly . His last press release was the 6th of September.

This unkept promise, together with reports coming from Joan Guzman & co., suggesting that he has
decided to be his own promoter of the fight, has left us wondering if we been had one more time.
