well you can place a blank statement like "unproven claims" cuz you just straight up dont know. you arent there nor own the co.

your talking about substantial funds.. people with that kind of money generally arent stupid so either KATX would have to borrow at a premium interest rate, and either or reverse split or PR pump to get the share price up to a respectable level that an accredited investor would even take a sniff at it.

or all of the above. you cant sell air, and this stock is very close to becoming "air" like expensive. in other words shares are almost damnn near free..

increase A/S maybe and dilute directly into the float themselves via an offering.. i dont know man lots of options really.. i mean come on we're talkin about the slimy pinks here.
