if not....well...even AFTER the SS fix, Surgline will own the exact amount of percentages, held under the same selling rules.

You can call it what you want, but there is no way those shares are having that impact on the market acitvity. At this moment they simply cannot be traded, shorted or dumped. It is what what it is. With or without the label of dilution.
