So here is a thought. What if the three investors who bought the shares came to management and said "sell us 6M shares at this price or we will start selling the millions of shares we own and drive pphm's pps into oblivion. I haven't seen anybody suggest that theory yet.
So Dart who already owned 4+/-M shares along with say Blackrock or Barclays or whomever comes to King and ES and threatens to flood the market unless they agree to sell them 6M shares. What do you do? Not saying this happenned, however, for the 1st time I at least have something that could explain a deal as bad as this.
At least if it was a reason like this then it would make some sense and if they got reassurances from these guys it might give us some comfort if and when good news on trials starts coming that management isn't going to topedo with ATM or more sales out of weakness or another threat by large shareholders.
